Fantastic location, very family friendly! Positive: Brilliant location. Five minute walk to the beach but not on real roads just past the rest of the villas and then over a little gravel area and you are on the beach. The apartment is a three minute walk from the shop and restaurant on the San Pietro complex. The best part for our 2 year old is we were walking distance from 4 playgrounds!! 2 on the beach and 2 within the complex. The closest one was steps away from the door, like a 30 second walk. That was fantastic! The apartment itself was lovely. Big sofa, lots of space. The streaming platform was Tring. We watched peppa pig in Albanian (which he loved!) and it also had loads of very new movies. Kitchen was very well equipped for a holiday apartment. Good dishwasher. Loads of fridge and freezer space. Mosquito screens on all the doors and windows, which was crucial! Blinds on the bedroom windows so you could get it fully dark. Negative: A few tiny things could be improved. The shower didn't have enough hot water for 3 people to shower in a row I would have liked a light duvet on the bed instead of just a sheet but I know that's common in beach places. We visited in September so could have used a light duvet. I know the hosts can't control this but it was a tiny bit noisy on the Saturday night outside. Sounded like teenagers in a big group. Also some very superficial things like the button on the toilet was broken but it worked absolutely fine. None of these little things affected out two in a big way! Overall the adjustment was great!

Very family oriented. Positive: Beautiful beach and great hospitality. Negative: I wish they had use the golf carts to transport the guests to and from the beach. Obviously with a fee fir each way.

Schöne Lage & toller Stand Positive: Die Lage, der Strand, Restaurants Negative: Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen leider nicht erfüllt. Die Wohnung entsprach nicht der Beschreibung – sie war in die Jahre gekommen, es fehlte an grundlegender Ausstattung in der Küche und während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts war die Waschmaschine defekt. Obwohl wir das mehrmals gemeldet haben, wurde das Problem nie behoben. Nach einem einmaligen Besuch des Personals kam keinerlei Rückmeldung mehr. Besonders enttäuschend war der Wasserausfall, der fast 24 Stunden andauerte. Uns wurde gesagt, es handle sich um ein Problem in der gesamten Umgebung – was nicht der Wahrheit entsprach, da andere Gebäude sehr wohl Wasser hatten. Auch hier gab es weder Unterstützung noch eine Entschuldigung oder Kompensation, obwohl ich dies ausdrücklich verlangt habe. Das Personal war unfreundlich, teils sogar arrogant, und überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit. Eine Schulung im Bereich Kundenservice wäre dringend nötig. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die wunderschöne Lage, der Strand mit den Pinienbäumen und die guten Restaurants in der Nähe. Leider reicht das nicht aus, um die vielen Mängel und den mangelhaften Service auszugleichen. Ich würde in Zukunft lieber privat buchen, wenn ich diesen schönen Ort nochmals besuchen möchte. Über diese Unterkunft leider nie wieder.
